Paint with the luscious medium of oil paints in these engaging workshops!
We’ll explore all the basics like mixing paints to using different tools like brushes, the palette knife, smudging and splattering. Instruction for strong composition and flow of the eye will also be revealed.
Our style for this class will be “destination”. This means a place that you’ve visited, is on your wish list, or you see as beautiful just because. You can bring your own photo, or I’ll have something for you to use. I’ll send instructions prior to class on what makes a good photo for this series.

These classes all cover the foundations of drawing, but individually use a different medium … each beautiful in their own right. The subject matter is a still life set up at each table.
